2.1 Product Descriptions

We specialize in high-quality display solutions including:

  • Trade show displays (10′ x 10′ systems, 3D Pop Up Booths)
  • LCD racks and TV stands (32″-72″)
  • Acrylic display cases and accessories
  • Adjustable display systems and banner hardware

While we strive for accuracy, product images may vary slightly from actual items due to monitor settings. Specifications are subject to change without notice.

2.2 Custom Products

Custom-sized or branded items (including acrylic displays, LCD racks, and pop-up booths) cannot be returned unless defective. See Section 5 for details.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Payment is processed at time of order. For security, we may request additional verification for large orders.

3.3 Pricing

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Processing Time

4.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days)
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary for international destinations. We cannot ship to Asia or certain remote regions.

4.3 International Orders

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are not included in product or shipping costs.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all protective materials
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-sized acrylic displays and shields
  • Personalized/branded trade show displays
  • Opened Acrylic Shield Polishing Kits
  • Made-to-order LCD racks and TV stands
  • 3D Pop Up Booths with custom branding

5.3 Return Process

  1. Email [email protected] within 15 days
  2. Include “Return/Exchange Request – [Order #]” in subject
  3. Wait for RMA number and instructions
  4. Ship items to provided address (customer pays return shipping)

Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after we receive returned items. A 15% restocking fee applies to opened (but unused) professional display systems.

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout, including proper shipping address and contact details.

6.2 Product Use

Our products are designed for professional display purposes. Proper assembly and use according to included instructions is your responsibility.

6.3 Damage Claims

You must inspect shipments immediately upon arrival. Report any damage within 48 hours with photographic evidence to qualify for replacement.

7. Limitations of Liability

LuxeDisplay Shop shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Improper use or assembly of our products
  • Events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, etc.)

Our maximum liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
