All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our Miami facility at:

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping:
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: $12.95 USD
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over $50 USD
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations outside our standard service areas (Asia and certain remote regions excluded).
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your professional display purchase. Please review our return policy below.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
- Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their specialized nature, the following products cannot be returned:
- Custom-sized acrylic display cases and shields
- Personalized or branded trade show displays
- Opened Acrylic Shield Polishing Kits
- Made-to-order LCD racks and TV stands (including 32″-42″ LCD Racks and 42″-72″ LCD TV Racks)
- 3D Pop Up Booths with custom branding
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
Subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]”
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our Miami-based support team will respond within 1 business day with:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Instructions for return shipping
- Special packaging requirements for delicate display items
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Important notes:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- We recommend using DHL or FedEx for trackable service
- Original packaging must be used for all LCD racks and acrylic items
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received at our facility:
- Returns processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Exchanges shipped within 2 business days after approval
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your financial institution)
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
- Restocking Fee: 15% applies to opened (but unused) professional display systems
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We will arrange replacement shipping at no cost to you
International Returns
For clients outside the United States:
- You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Contact us before shipping to ensure proper documentation
We cannot accept returns shipped from Asian countries or remote areas not covered by our standard shipping policy.
