Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
  • Custom or special-order items are final sale (see exceptions below)

Non-Returnable Items

The following professional display products cannot be returned due to their specialized nature:

  • Custom-sized acrylic display cases and shields
  • Personalized or branded trade show displays
  • Acrylic Shield Polishing Kits (once opened)
  • Made-to-order LCD racks and TV stands

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]”.

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our Miami-based support team will respond within 1 business day with:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Instructions for return shipping
  • Any special packaging requirements for your display products

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Please note:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service (DHL or FedEx)
  • Original packaging must be used for all LCD racks and delicate acrylic items
  • Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received at our Miami facility:

  • Returns are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Exchanges are shipped within 2 business days after approval

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days after we process your return (depending on your financial institution)
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
  • Restocking Fee: 15% applies to opened (but unused) professional display systems

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item
  • We will arrange for replacement shipping at no cost to you
  • In some cases, we may request return of the damaged item

International Returns

For clients outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Contact us before shipping to ensure proper documentation

Note: We cannot accept returns shipped from Asian countries or remote areas not covered by our standard shipping policy.
